Beware!! Doug is a thief, if you deal with him, do so at your own risk. I arranged to buy a motherboard/cpu/ram combo from Doug, and shipped him a money order promptly. That was the last I heard from Doug. I have confirmation that the money order was cashed, but I still don’t have my hardware. Doug refuses to respond to any of my emails. Buyer beware!

Dtemple was vary friendly and communicative on the condition of the laptops he had to offer. As we are within driving distance of each other, we discussed local pickup and even without monetary incentive, he offered to deliver them. We arranged for a common rendezvous and upon arrival, he had more laptops to offer than originally were planed. What I received was in better condition than what I was expecting, and all around a great deal. Hew is vary nice to work with and I'd certainly do business with him again.

When I notified Doug was quick to reply offering to help with a damage claim to USPS and to pay for needed repairs. I ended up fixing it myself but this shows they type of person Doug is. He is a responsible seller that stands behind his parts. Doug was a pleasure to do business with and I would not hesitate to deal with him again.

I needed a motherboard to replace a failed board in a system that had given me quite a bit of trouble & Doug offered to send out a suitable replacement for little more than the cost of shipping. Communication over Christmas was prompt & very pleasant. I sent out a money order; there was a slight delay in shipping because of the holidays, but I received the stuff in time to complete the project in the time required.

This is a feedback I'd concentrate on. I've delt with doug before but never actually conducted a transaction until this. He very quickly impressed me with his communication skills and he always seemed to offer great value for what he had. On this particular transaction, I would normally have left a neutral feedback for reason of late shipment, but Doug did everything possible in spite of a rough schedule to rectify the situation. He went above and beyond my expectations, and I'd have no reservations about dealing with him again!
